Crescaa Pro is billed through your Apple ID, so it's cancelled in the App Store — not in the app. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Crescaa, then Cancel Subscription. Apple's full guide is here: How to cancel a subscription (Apple).
If you reinstalled Crescaa or switched devices, open Profile → Restore Purchases and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your Pro access will be restored automatically. If it doesn't, email us and we'll sort it out.
Yes. On an individual account, your notes, your team entries, and your coaching conversations are private to you — encrypted, never sold, and never shared with your employer. You're also never required to use real names; initials work everywhere. (Company-managed team accounts are a separate product governed by a data agreement with the employer.)
You can delete everything in one tap: open Profile → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and associated data. Prefer we do it for you? Email support@crescaa.app from your account address and we'll take care of it.
No — and we won't pretend it is. Pro includes generous daily and weekly coaching limits, which is plenty for real prep sessions. The free tier includes a smaller daily allowance so you can try the whole loop.
Never. Initials are fine anywhere the app asks about your team, and anything you add stays private to your account. You can edit or delete it whenever you like.
